Hi! I’m Cory.
I design products that simplify complex user problems. By combining research, strategy, and execution, I create experiences that guide users, reduce friction, and make workflows intuitive, scalable, and actionable.

AI Chat for Workforce Data
Led experience strategy for introducing a generative-AI assistant into an enterprise analytics platform, addressing a long-standing discoverability and efficiency problem for analytics users.
I defined product direction and scope, narrowing an open-ended AI concept into a focused, trust-first conversational system for querying workforce metrics and taking action. I owned key decisions around disambiguation, permission-aware responses, and trust mechanics for sensitive data.

Analytics Dashboard Filters
Redesigned an enterprise analytics dashboard to make configuring, customizing, and saving organizational metrics faster, easier, and scalable across multiple pages.
I defined a flexible approach that gave users autonomy to apply page-level filters. I owned key decisions that ensured interactions met user expectations, and reinforced confidence in using dashboards, driving a consistent, scalable solution that reduced friction and saved time for diverse users.
